I am a sixth-generation full time rancher.
I have a B.S. in Animal Science from
Texas A&M University, class of 2012.
After graduating I married my wife Emily
and we moved to my family land in
Doole, Texas to farm and ranch. I have
always had a vision to improve the land
we manage which has led me to learn
and implement regenerative agriculture.
After seeing the benefits of regenerative
agriculture on my own property it
excites me to help landowners
implement these practices on their own
soil to create a better environment for
my children and generation to come.

I have farming and ranching over
55 years. I graduated with a B.S. in
Animal Science from Texas A&M
University, class of 1974. After
graduating my grandfather turned over
our family land to my brother and I and
we began raising Spanish goats, cows
and sheep. In the 1980s I started raising
Angora goats and by the early 90s a
group I was involved with produced 2%
of the total clip. I married my wife Diane
and together we have five children. I
have operated land in Texas, New Mexico,
Arkansas and Oklahoma.

ZANE MANELY
Partner
I am a 28-year-old Air Force Reserve
veteran and passionate advocate for
regenerative agriculture. Over my 11-
year military career as an aircraft
mechanic, I completed two overseas
tours and participated in numerous
missions. After returning from basic
training, I discovered my love for raising
goats, sheep, and cattle, and have since
dedicated myself to sustainable farming
practices. I am fortunate to have my
remarkable wife, Amelia, by my side. We are
also proud parents to two boys,
Shepherd and Fisher, who inspire us to
instill a love for nature and sustainable
practices in the next generation.

AUSTIN RICE
Partner
As a fifth-generation rancher from
Brady, Texas, I earned my degree from
Angelo State University in Animal
Science and Range Management. Upon
returning to my family’s land, I
embarked on a journey to enhance my
rangelands by implementing
regenerative and sustainable practices
into my program. With over a decade of
experience in land stewardship, my goal
for regenerative agriculture is to create
traditional land systems and strategies
so that others can also learn to restore
and rejuvenate our natural resources,
including land, water, and biodiversity.
Alongside my wife Helena and our son
Bob, we take great pride in protecting
our way of life and continuing to build a
lasting legacy of land stewardship and
ranching that has always been a
cornerstone of my family.

I grew up on a ranch 30 miles south of
Sonora, Texas. I am the sixth generation
to pursue a career in the ranching
industry. I have a degree in Animal
Science from Texas A&M University,
class of 2012. After graduation I
married my husband Carl and we moved
to Doole, Texas to farm and ranch. I
have always had a love for production
agriculture and learning the ins and outs
of the business. I am thrilled to
continue my family’s history and be able
to raise our three children Levin, Waylon
and Lillian to appreciate agriculture. It
is important to me to contribute to the
foundation for generations to come.
